Documents Needed for Admission

Completed application form - Available for download below or from our office

Birth certificate - Original and one photocopy

Previous school reports - For students transferring from other schools

Passport photos - Two recent color passport-sized photographs

Admission fee - KSh 500 non-refundable application fee

Medical records - Immunization records and any relevant medical information

Note: All documents should be submitted to the admissions office in person or via email to heriwadics@gmail.com

We accept applications throughout the year, but we recommend applying at least 2 months before the start of the term for priority consideration.

School hours are from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM Monday through Friday. We also offer after-school programs and extracurricular activities until 5:00 PM.

You will typically receive an admission decision within 1 week after the assessment. If accepted, you will be required to complete the registration process and pay the necessary fees.
